My Review
This game started it all. I was thinking for a while about this list but didn’t think I’d sit and write a review about the game, but here I am, I guess. This game is personally GOTY to me. I think, due to me being a fan of comic books and shows inspired by them, this game really reminds me of Invincible. But now I don’t watch - I decide what and how to proceed in this absolutely amazing story. I’m writing this before the final two episodes came out. I’ve got 9 hours in, and this includes my second save, so you can assume that the game is short, which is true - but also one of the reasons why this is a masterpiece. You’re playing chill, without thinking about 40 hours of grinding, quests, and roads. You’re just there, playing at night, listening to perfectly voiced dialogs, and just relaxing. It takes you from our world to a simple, relaxed superhero world with a very good choice of soundtracks that you keep relistening to after the episodes. Even while writing this review, I’m listening to the music from the game because the in-game world is amazing, the characters are phenomenal, this is just GOTY. Even considering the absolute masterpiece Expedition 33, this game is also a GOTY for me. But the difference is - I just didn’t get the same emotions, the same chill vibe that feels like playing your first game, playing your first story. It’s like I’m back from gaming stagnation to a perfect game vibe. Gotta add, voice actors and Aaron Paul are just fucking amazing
